Sammy

What started as a personal love for the method became a drive to share it. Qualifying as both a Mat and Reformer instructor, Sammy brings a real enthusiasm for Pilates alongside the grounded perspective of someone who also loves the gym — and has experienced first-hand how the two complement each other.
