How do the monthly classes work?
Your set number of classes is allocated to your account at the start of each billing month. These sessions are designed to be used within that month to help you maintain a consistent routine.
To help you stay on track with your goals, classes do not roll over to the next month. This encourages the regular practice that leads to the best results for your body and mind.
Your membership continues automatically on a rolling monthly basis at the same rate. If your circumstances change, you can cancel at any time after your initial term with just 30 days’ notice.

Yes! If you find you want to increase your weekly sessions, you can upgrade to a higher frequency tier at any time.
